Ethics & compliance charter

Sylva Nova and any person working on its behalf undertake to:

  • Respect the laws and regulations in force in the countries and territories in which they work
  • Refrain from anti-competitive practices, fraud, corruption or trading in influence
  • Refrain from any discriminatory practice, in word or in deed, notably based on gender, age, ethnic, social or cultural origin, religion, political opinions, personal lifestyle choices, physical characteristics or disabilities, etc.
  • To establish working relationships based on respect for the individual, courtesy and recognition, and to repress all forms of physical or moral harassment.
  • Prohibit forced child labor and human trafficking
  • Ensure the protection of workers and subcontractors, preserving their well-being and physical health by offering them a safe, high-quality working environment.
  • Respect the privacy of all our stakeholders, and the confidentiality of information that requires it, including intellectual property
  • Respect the principles of good governance based on transparency, sound financial management and the exclusion of conflicts of interest
  • Select trustworthy partners and subcontractors who share the same practices

Neither Sylva Nova nor any person with power of representation, decision or control over it has been the subject of a final judgment or final administrative decision for any of the following reasons: bankruptcy, insolvency or judicial liquidation proceedings – breach of obligations relating to the payment of taxes or social security contributions – serious professional misconduct, including misrepresentation – fraud and corruption – behavior linked to a criminal organization – money laundering or financing of terrorism – terrorist offenses or offenses linked to terrorist activities – child labor and other forms of human trafficking – creation or use of a shell company.
